Access the complex with the check-in registration we'll provide upon booking. Once you arrive at the apartment, you can enter using the code we’ll send you before your arrival.
Your host will be in touch to assist you with a smooth arrival. We respect your privacy, so if you prefer a self-check-in, we’ll make sure to guide you with that option.
You’ll also have access to all the common areas of the Cana Rock Star condominium including 4 inifinity pools troughout the complex , a Pool Bar and a Kids Playground.
Additionally, the Cana Bay resort features the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, 18 hole Golf course ($) , The Famous Cana Bay Beach club ( $) Tennis and Racketball courts ( $) , 2 restaurants, and a minimarket."**

ELECTRICITY:
Electricity consumption is not included. An additional charge of $15 USD per night will apply to cover electricity usage.
UNIT AMENITIES
The apartment is stocked with potable water, coffee, sugar, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Guests are responsible for replacing these items if used during your stay, but there’s no need to replace them upon check-out.
We recommend stopping by a supermarket before your arrival to stock up on any additional essentials. Your cleanning fee includes arrival cleanning Youll receive the unit clean and equiped upon arrival . We expect guest to maintain it. lwan while in use .
DAMAGES
Please note that you will be charged for any damage to the apartment or missing items after your departure.
CANA BAY
The Beach Club and other amenities outside the condominium have an additional cost and may NOT be available during part or all of your stay.
This is a Brand new Condominium . Although units are finished there may be some construction noises during day hours. Other than that just the birds chirping away. Posible activiy will be donde form 8 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Payment Policies
Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $100.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon booking. It will be automatically released on 10 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Payment & Cancellation
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 30 days or less refunds won’t apply.
Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation.No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes
NOTE: if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained
