The apartment is located on the ground floor, which allows for convenient and practical access, without the need to use stairs or elevators.

Beach access is available through Cana Bay. Entrance to the Beach Club may incur additional charges depending on the day and season.
Other things to note
Electricity:
Electricity is not included with the reservation. A fixed charge of US$25 per day applies to cover energy consumption during your stay. This amount is standard in Cana Bay, due to the cost of local electrical services, and guarantees the proper use of air conditioning and a comfortable experience throughout the visit.

Developing community:
The building is part of a newly developed community, so occasional maintenance or construction noise may occur during the day. This is normal in new complexes within Cana Bay and does not affect access to or amenities of the accommodation.

Cana Bay Amenities:
Some amenities of the Cana Bay complex, such as the Beach Club and certain facilities, may require an additional cost and are subject to availability, as they are operated independently of the condominium.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 2 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $200.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Payment & Cancellation

Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 30 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.

No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation.No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes

NOTE: if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained
