Electricity:
Electricity is not included in the reservation. A flat fee of US$25 per night applies, which is standard in Cana Bay, to cover energy consumption and ensure consistent air conditioning and comfort throughout your stay.
This fee is managed via Airbnb / Resolution Center.
Beach access:
Beach access is available through the Cana Bay Beach Club. The Beach Club may require an additional fee depending on the day and season, as it operates independently from the condominium.
Developing community:
The condominium is part of a recently developed community, so there may be occasional daytime maintenance or construction noise. This does not affect access, security, or use of amenities.
Pets:
Pets are allowed.
Prior notification is required, and guests must comply with condominium rules.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 2 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $200.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Payment & Cancellation
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 30 days or less refunds won’t apply.
Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation.No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes
NOTE: if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained
