Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $200.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Payment & Cancellation
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 30 days or less refunds won’t apply.
Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation.No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes
NOTE: if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained
